| Summary, etc. | El Sistema Interamericano, de la cual la OEA es el centro institucional desde 1948, tiene más de cien años de existencia. En estos años ha asegurado el Continente más pacífico del planeta en la relación entre sus Estados, ha dotado a la región de un conjunto normativo e institucional que luego influyó profundamente en el sistema universal, ha establecido mecanismos para asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones internacionales en el ámbito interno. Es además el sistema nuestro, aquel del que somos ciudadanos, aquel sobre el que podemos actuar y aquel que nos afecta directamente. <br/><br/>El libro de Alice es una magnífica y rara oportunidad para conocerlo.
